Culina addresses itself to the public and particularily to those wanting to distinguish themselves in the kitchen. We understand that fine ingredients are the foundation of good cooking, and no substitute will suffice to create the perfect dinner party. At Culina you will find a wide variety of savoury lines encompassing fine oils, vinegars from France, Dijon mustards, cornichons, spices, Italian pasta, specialty salts (Maldon and Guerande), snails, morels, cepes / porcini mushrooms, capers etc. On the other hand you will find the finest quality Swiss couverture (Felchlin chocolate), specialty sugars, chestnut crème, cake decoration lines, pastry making equipment such as cake rings, moulds and baking trays. We also supply Monin Syrups, Swiss fruit toppings, plus many more quality items to suit all of your patissierie requirements. Our shop
is open from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. |
